SOP FOR MAINTENANCE OF QC INSTRUMENT USAGE LOG

I.                   PURPOSE

To define the procedure for Equipment Usage log.

II.                SCOPE

This SOP is applicable for Equipment Usage log in Quality Control department at, Unit-V.

Manager - Quality Control

V.                PROCEDURE

1.0       QC instrument Usage log is maintained by QC department.

         2.0       QC person checks the record regularly.

3.0              Record contains each instrument date, product, batch number, AR No., usage time, test performed by, analyzed by, and remarks.

4.0              The logbook record in Format No.F01/SOPQC036-00.
